	Charles L. (Chip) Davis
	Mr. Davis has 13 years of investment experience in early-stage technology companies. He serves as a director or board observer for several companies including Syntex Management Systems, World Telemetry, Lombardi Software, RigNet and Wayport Inc. Mr. Davis graduated from Washington & Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Bruce R. McMaken

Mr. McMaken has over 20 years of private equity investment banking experience, including serving as one of the members of the investment committees of Environmental Opportunities Fund, Ltd. and Environmental Opportunities Fund II, Ltd. He is currently a director and member of the Audit Committee of IESI Corporation, and served from 1988 through 2004 as a director of Knight Trading Group, Inc. Mr. McMaken received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

	Ben T. Morris
	Mr. Morris is Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Directors of Sanders Morris Harris Group. He has 17 years of private equity investment experience and until recently has overseen the Investment Banking Department of Sanders Morris Harris Group and its predecessor since 1987.

C. Tyson Weihs

Mr. Weihs has founded or held operating roles in software companies for over nine years. He serves as a director for LandTel Communications, Inc., a provider of voice and data communications services to the land drilling market. Most recently he served as Director of Software Development for Benefitfocus.com. Mr. Weihs received a B.S. in Computer Science from Trinity University, a B.S. in Finance from Trinity University, and an MBA from Rice University.
